Paul Jackson is the Senior Vice President, Head of Customer and Market Management at Zurich Canada. In this role, Jackson is responsible for overseeing the company's distribution and market management strategies, with a focus on diversifying Zurich Canada’s business and strengthening its position in the market.

Jackson is a versatile leader with deep knowledge of the Canadian commercial and retail insurance markets. Previously, Jackson served as the Chief Operating Officer at Gore Mutual, where he led underwriting, claims, pricing, distribution, and marketing, driving an enterprise transformation and positioning the business for strategic change. He also held various senior executive positions at Aviva, including Vice President of Distribution at Aviva Canada, Head of General Insurance and Head of Marketing at Aviva Singapore, and various distribution roles at Aviva UK.

Educational background

Jackson is an alumnus of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Sunderland.
