Zurich Canada Welcomes Paul Jackson as Head of Customer and Market Management
Zurich Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Jackson as Senior Vice President, Head of Customer and Market Management, effective immediately. He will join the Zurich Canada Executive Committee reporting to CEO Saad Mered.
With over 25 years of industry experience in Canada and internationally, Jackson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.

Jackson is a versatile leader with deep knowledge of the Canadian commercial and retail insurance markets. Previously, Jackson served as the Chief Operating Officer at Gore Mutual, where he led underwriting, claims, pricing, distribution, and marketing, driving an enterprise transformation and positioning the business for strategic change. He also held various senior executive positions at Aviva, including Vice President Distribution at Aviva Canada, Head of General Insurance and Head of Marketing at Aviva Singapore, and various distribution roles at Aviva UK.
Jackson is an alumnus of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Sunderland.
In his new role, Jackson will be responsible for overseeing the company's distribution and market management strategies, with a focus on diversifying Zurich Canada’s business and strengthening its position in the market. He will play a key role in Zurich Canada's growth in the Middle Market and Retail segments and strengthen its market-leading position in National Accounts.
